Return and Exchange Policy
At our Shopify store, we prioritize your shopping experience. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate the process. All products must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. For damaged or incorrect items received, please contact our customer service within 48 hours; we’ll cover the return shipping cost and either refund or replace your order promptly. For standard returns, domestic customers will receive a prepaid return label, while international customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be shipped once the returned item is approved.
